Fudge Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • dash salt
  • 5 tablespoons cocoa
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 cup pecans chopped

Instructions

  • Beat sugar and melted butter until blended.
  • Add eggs, flour, salt, cocoa, and vanilla.
  • Beat well.
  • Stir in pecans(optional).
  • Bake in a 9 inch pie pan sprayed with Pam for 20-30 minutes at 325 until toothpick comes out clean.
  • Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
