Ingredients
1/4cupsugar
1/4cupbrandy
2 1/2cupspitted Rainier cherries
1750-milliliter bottle albariƱo wine, chilled
1cupchilled club soda
1peachthinly sliced
3thyme sprigs
1sprig purple basiloptional
1sprig sweet basiloptional
Instructions
Combine 1/4 cup sugar and 1/4 cup brandy in a pitcher; stir until sugar dissolves. Add cherries and wine, and chill for 8 hours or up to overnight. Just before serving, stir in club soda and remaining ingredients.
