Tropical Island Salsa

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup pineapple canned in juice, diced small
- 1/2 cup Granny Smith apple diced small
- 1/2 cup mango diced small
- 1 tablespoon red onion minced, optional
- 1 teaspoon ginger finely minced, optional
- 1 jalapeno chile pepper seeded and minced, optional
- 1 to mato diced
- 2 tablespoons pineapple juice
- 1 lime juiced
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss gently to combine.
Notes
NOTES : Especially delicious with grilled tuna! Also with other grilled fish and chicken.
