Tropical Island Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pineapple canned in juice, diced small
  • 1/2 cup Granny Smith apple diced small
  • 1/2 cup mango diced small
  • 1 tablespoon red onion minced, optional
  • 1 teaspoon ginger finely minced, optional
  • 1 jalapeno chile pepper seeded and minced, optional
  • 1 to mato diced
  • 2 tablespoons pineapple juice
  • 1 lime juiced

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss gently to combine.

Notes

NOTES : Especially delicious with grilled tuna! Also with other grilled fish and chicken.
