Chocolate Chip Pound Cake

Ingredients
- 1 package yellow cake mix
- 1 small vanilla pudding mix instant
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup water
- 4 ounces German chocolate squares grated
- 6 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
- 3 1/2 ounces coconut
- confectioner's sugar optional
CHOCOLATE FUDGE GLAZE
- 3 ounces evaporated milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
- Mix all together except chocolate chips and coconut which you stir in
- last.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour in a greased and floured bundt pan. Turn
- out on wire rack to cool.
- Dust with powdered sugar or melt glaze ingredients together and pour over cake.
