Chocolate Chip Pound Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 package yellow cake mix
  • 1 small vanilla pudding mix instant
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 4 ounces German chocolate squares grated
  • 6 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
  • 3 1/2 ounces coconut
  • confectioner's sugar optional

CHOCOLATE FUDGE GLAZE

  • 3 ounces evaporated milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  • Mix all together except chocolate chips and coconut which you stir in
  • last.
  • Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour in a greased and floured bundt pan. Turn
  • out on wire rack to cool.
  • Dust with powdered sugar or melt glaze ingredients together and pour over cake.
