Cherry Pudding

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 can sour pitted cherries undrained
  • 1 cup sugar

Instructions

  • Mix 3/4 cup sugar, butter, milk, flour, baking powder and salt together. Pour into a greased casserole.
  • Mix cherries and sugar together. Pour over batter.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
  • Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
