Caramel Icing (Dot Thrasher)

Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 16 oz. powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
- Melt butter over low heat and stir in brown sugar. Bring to a slow boil for 2 minutes stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and add milk.
- Bring to a boil again. Remove from heat and add powdered sugar and vanilla. Mix well. Add more milk if icing gets too hard to spread.
