Winter Grapefruit Collins

Ingredients
- 1.5 ounces Hendricks Gin
- .75 ounce lime juice
- .75 ounce grapefruit cordial
- .50 ounce Giffard's Pamplemousse
- whole cloves
- soda
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and add a few whole cloves. Add crushed ice and shake. Pour in glass and top with soda.
Notes
You can make a grapefruit cordial instead of buying it.
