Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour three 9-inch cake pans.
Cream butter and sugar. Add one egg at a time, beating well after each addition.
Sift dry ingredients together and add alternately with milk and vanilla.
Pour into prepared pans and bake for 20-25 minutes. Cool and frost as desired.
Notes:
For two 9-inch layers or a 13x9 inch pan, follow the same instructions.
