Turkey Burgers

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground turkey
  • 1 teaspoon Montreal Steak Seasoning
  • Worcestershire sauce to taste
  • crimini mushrooms sliced & sauteed in olive oil

Instructions

  • Drain mushrooms and chop. Mix all ingredients together with hands just until mixture holds together. Form in 3 patties and cook just until pink is gone in a skillet, grill pan or on the grill.
  • Serve on toasted buns with all the fixings.
  • Shortcut: Drain and chop canned mushrooms and mix in some olive oil.
