Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In large mixing bowl, beat eggs at high
speed until foamy, about 3 minutes. Beat in flour, sugar, and brown sugar
until well blended. Beat in softened butter. Stir in walnuts and
chocolate chips. Pour into pie shell. Bake 55-60 minutes or until knife
inserted halfway between edge and center comes out clean and top is golden
brown. Cool on wire rack. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
