Tipsy Cornish Hens

Ingredients

Cornish game hens
halved
1/2
cup
soy sauce
3/4
cup
olive oil
1/2
cup
rum

small onions
minced
2
cloves
garlic
minced

teaspoon
fresh ground black pepper
1/8
teaspoon
red pepper flakes
crushed

teaspoon
ginger
1
tablespoon
sugar or honey
1
tablespoon
worcestershire sauce
Instructions
Wash cornish hens and cut in half. Mix marinade ingredients. Put hens in
large ziplock bags with marinade and refrigerate for up to 24 hours ahead
of time, turning occassionally. Put hens and marinade in large pan and
bake at 350 for 1 hour. Finish on grill until nicely browned brushing
with marinade. Discard remainder of marinade before serving.
