Thai Burgers

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground pork or turkey
  • 1/2 cup extra crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon cilantro chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together and make 3 or 4 burgers.
  • Grill or fry in skillet.
  • Serve on buns with desired condiments and toppings.
