Ingredients

ground pork or turkey
1/2
cup
extra crunchy peanut butter
1
tablespoon
lime juice
1
tablespoon
soy sauce
1/2
teaspoon
fresh ginger
grated
1/2
teaspoon
cilantro
chopped
1/4
teaspoon
cayenne pepper
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together and make 3 or 4 burgers.
Grill or fry in skillet.
Serve on buns with desired condiments and toppings.
