Summer Pasta

Ingredients

lb.
angel hair pasta or any other pasta
1/2
cup
olive oil
1/4
cup
fresh basil
chopped
1
tablespoon
fresh oregano
chopped
1/2
cup
fresh Italian parsley
chopped
2
large garlic cloves
chopped
1/2
teaspoon
salt
pepper
to taste
4
green onions
chopped
2
cups
cherry tomatoes
halved
Parmesan cheese
grated
Instructions
Boil water and cook pasta.
In the bottom of a large pasta serving dish, stir together olive oil,
basil, oregano, parsley, garlic, salt, pepper and onions. Add tomatoes
and toss. Peeled and chopped regular tomatoes may be used.
When pasta is done, drain but do not rinse. Quickly, while still hot,
pour the pasta onto the items in the pasta dish and toss to combine.
Serve hot with Parmesan cheese and additional olive oil if desired.
