Strawberry-Rhubarb Jam

Ingredients

  • 5 cups rhubarb cubed
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 3 oz. strawberry jello

Instructions

  • Mix rhubarb and sugar. Let stand in refrigerator over night. The next morning, bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes. Stir in jello until dissolved.
  • Pour into hot, sterilized jars and seal. Let cool before storing. Makes (3) 1/2 pint jars.
