Measure all of the ingredients out into a medium sized bowl. Using a wire whisk, mix until well combined.
After combining, transfer the mixture into a clean, dry container that has a lid (such as a glass jar). Store the Homemade Southwestern Pork Rub covered in a cool, dry place.
