Slow Cooker Pork Loin

Course: Main Course
Servings: 8
Author: Janet Thrasher

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs. boneless pork loins we buy a package of 2 - Cut off all possible fat.
  • 1 envelope of Lipton Onion mushroom soup mix
  • 1 cup ketchup may use more if need to cover it - this is the ingredient to increase especially if you are using an oval wider crock pot instead of a round one
  • 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  • Arrange pork loins in large crock pot. Combine all other ingredients and pour over the pork. Turn meat to coat.
  • Cook covered on Low 8 to 10 hours. Remove pork to slice on platter. Server juice in crock pot as sauce. (If you are home, turn the pork over 1/2 way through the process). The 2nd loin tastes just as good on the 2nd night.
  • Can be shredded for sandwiches as well. Serves 8.
