Sausage Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 pound hot whole hog sausage cooked & drained
  • 1 pound sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • 3 cups Bisquick baking mix

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients well and roll into balls. Bake 10-13 minutes @ 425 degrees until hot & golden brown.
  • Or freeze on a cookie sheet and store in a ziplock bag in freezer. Bake frozen.
