Sausage Balls

Ingredients

pound
hot whole hog sausage
cooked & drained
1
pound
sharp cheddar cheese
shredded
3
cups
Bisquick baking mix
Instructions
Mix all ingredients well and roll into balls. Bake 10-13 minutes @ 425 degrees until hot & golden brown.
Or freeze on a cookie sheet and store in a ziplock bag in freezer. Bake frozen.
