Roasted Green Beans with Crispy Shallots
This even works well with frozen green beans that have been thawed.

Ingredients

haricots verts
trimmed
1/2
cup
thinly sliced shallots

tablespoon
olive oil

teaspoon
kosher salt
freshly ground black pepper
to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450°.
Combine haricots verts, shallots, olive oil, and kosher salt on a foil-lined baking sheet. Roast at 450° for 10 minutes or until crisp-tender.
Note: I sometimes turn on the broiler to crisp the shallots and green beans to our liking.
