12ounceschicken sausage w/porcini mushroomssliced in rounds
26oz.San Marzano Vodka Sauce
6oz.shitttake mushroomsdrained
salt & freshly ground pepperto taste
fresh parsleychopped
parmesan cheesegrated
8ounceswhole wheat rigatonicooked
Instructions
Saute onion, bell pepper, garlic & sausage in olive oil. Add sauce & mushrooms. Season with salt & pepper. Simmer with top off for about 10 minutes. Stir in cooked rigatoni & parsley and serve with parmesan cheese.
