Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In shallow baking pan lined with foil,
season chicken wings or drumettes with salt and pepper. Bake in middle of
oven for 30 minutes or until they begin to turn brown and become crisp.
While chicken wings are baking, in a small saucepan, stir together peanut
butter, soy sauce, honey, cumin, garlic and pepper flakes. Cook over low
heat, stirring until smooth. Brush chicken wings generously with sauce
and bake them for 10-15 more minutes. Sprinkle chicken wings immediatedly
with chopped peanuts and coriander and let them cool slightly before
serving.
