Quick Gravy

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces beef chicken or turkey gravy
  • 1/4 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • fresh parsley chopped

Instructions

  • Mix gravy and sour cream on medium-low heat for about 3 minutes or until heated through, stirring so it doesn't stick. Remove from heat and add parsley and freshly ground pepper if desired.
  • Use beef gravy over sauteed sirloin cubes or strips for quick beef stroganoff, for hot roast beef sandwich or over meatballs. Add sauteed onions & mushrooms if desired.
  • Use turkey or chicken gravy over sliced poultry and cornbread dressing.
