Mix gravy and sour cream on medium-low heat for about 3 minutes or until heated through, stirring so it doesn't stick. Remove from heat and add parsley and freshly ground pepper if desired.
Use beef gravy over sauteed sirloin cubes or strips for quick beef stroganoff, for hot roast beef sandwich or over meatballs. Add sauteed onions & mushrooms if desired.
Use turkey or chicken gravy over sliced poultry and cornbread dressing.
