Pumpkin Squares

Ingredients

  • 2 15 oz. cans Libby’s Pumpkin Pie Filling
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 12 oz. can evaporated milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 box Duncan Hines Yellow Cake Mix
  • 1 cup 2 sticks melted butter or margarine
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  • Mix first four ingredients. Pour into a greased 9” x 13” Pyrex dish.
  • Sprinkle dry cake mix over top, mashing down gently with a fork. Pour melted butter over mixture and sprinkle with pecans.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
