Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients

  • 3 cups sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 3 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 14 ounces pumpkin canned
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients by hand in large bowl. Grease and flour 3 loaf pans
  • (8 1/2 by 4 1/2 by 2 1/2). Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.

Notes

NOTES : I like to add 1 cup each of chopped pecans, raisins and coconut.
