Ingredients

vegetable oil

pumpkin

cinnamon

teaspoon
nutmeg

vanilla

teaspoons
baking soda

teaspoon
salt
Instructions
Mix all ingredients by hand in large bowl. Grease and flour 3 loaf pans
(8 1/2 by 4 1/2 by 2 1/2). Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
Notes
NOTES : I like to add 1 cup each of chopped pecans, raisins and coconut.
