Cream margarine and Crisco with sugar. Add eggs one at a time beating after each. Sift dry ingredients together and add alternately with milk. Add vanilla.
Bake in a greased and floured tube pan with bottom lined with a double layer of waxed paper for 1 hour 45 minutes at 325 degrees. Cool in pan for 20 minutes before turning out on a rack to cool.
