Ingredients

cup
onion
chopped & sauted in butter

ounces
chicken broth

can cream of chicken soup
8
ounces
cream cheese
1
bag frozen shredded potatoes
thawed
Topping ingredients:
cheddar cheese
crispy bacon
chives
Instructions
Mix the first 4 ingredients together until smooth.
Cook for 30-60 minutes.
Serve hot with toppings.
