Potato Soup

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup onion chopped & sauted in butter
  • 32 ounces chicken broth
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 bag frozen shredded potatoes thawed
  • Topping ingredients:
  • cheddar cheese
  • crispy bacon
  • chives

Instructions

  • Mix the first 4 ingredients together until smooth.
  • Cook for 30-60 minutes.
  • Serve hot with toppings.
