Pork Tenderloin with Mustard Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • pork tenderloins trimmed
  • salt & freshly ground pepper to taste
  • olive oil
  • apple cider vinegar
  • stone ground mustard

Instructions

  • Trim pork tenderloins and season with salt & pepper. Whisk together equal amounts olive oil, apple cider vinegar & stone ground mustard.
  • Grill tenderloins to desired doneness. Cover and let rest 10 minutes. Slice; pour vinaigrette over pork and serve.
  • Note: Add a little honey or brown sugar to vinaigrette if desired.
