Pimento Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Cracker Barrel Extra Sharp Cheddar
  • 4 ounces diced pimentos drained
  • Hellman's Mayonnaise

Instructions

  • Shred cheese in a food processor using the shredding disc.
  • Add well-drained pimentos and enough mayo for the right consistency. You don’t want it to be too dry or stiff.
  • Refrigerate. Serve on sandwiches or with crackers or raw veggies.

Notes

I like to use 2% Milk Cracker Barrel.
