Ingredients

Cracker Barrel Extra Sharp Cheddar

ounces
diced pimentos
drained
Hellman's Mayonnaise
Instructions
Shred cheese in a food processor using the shredding disc.
Add well-drained pimentos and enough mayo for the right consistency. You don’t want it to be too dry or stiff.
Refrigerate. Serve on sandwiches or with crackers or raw veggies.
Notes
I like to use 2% Milk Cracker Barrel.
