1small can sliced black olivesdrained
1jar roasted red peppersdrained & sliced
26oz.San Marzano Marinara Sauce
salt & pepperto taste
fresh parsleychopped
parmesan cheesegrated
8ounceswhole wheat penne pastacooked
Instructions
Cook pasta.
Saute sausage and onion in olive oil. Add marinara sauce, black olives and roasted red peppers and simmer with top off about 10 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Stir in cooked pasta and parsley and serve with grated parmesan cheese.
