Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Spray Pam on a foil-lined baking sheet, spread pecans and drizzle honey
over them. Bake about 10-15 minutes until golden. Sprinkle with salt and
let cool.
In a large bowl, layer lettuce, sliced pears, feta cheese and pecans.
Put sweet orange marmalade, rice vinegar, oil, shallot and pepper in a jar
and shake until blended. Store in refrigerator.
Toss with Orange Vinaigrette to coat just before serving.
