Parmesan-Rosemary Oven Fried Chicken

Ingredients
2/3
cup
panko bread crumbs
1/3
cup
parmesan cheese
grated
1 1/2
tablespoons
fresh rosemary
minced
1/2
teaspoon
garlic powder
1/2
teaspoon
onion powder
fresh ground black pepper
to taste
6
boned and skinned chicken breast halves
sea salt
to taste
1 1/4
cups
nonfat greek yogurt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400. LIne baking sheet with foil and spray with Pam.
Combine bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, rosemary, garlic & onion powders, and pepper in a plastic bag. Shake until ingredients are well mixed.
Season chicken with sea salt. Coat chicken with yogurt. Place in plastic bag and shake until well coated.
Arrange chicken on baking sheet. Sprinkle with any remaining crumbs and spray lightly with Pam.
Bake chicken 25-40 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
