Parmesan-Rosemary Oven Fried Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh rosemary minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • fresh ground black pepper to taste
  • 6 boned and skinned chicken breast halves
  • sea salt to taste
  • 1 1/4 cups nonfat greek yogurt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400. LIne baking sheet with foil and spray with Pam.
  • Combine bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, rosemary, garlic & onion powders, and pepper in a plastic bag. Shake until ingredients are well mixed.
  • Season chicken with sea salt. Coat chicken with yogurt. Place in plastic bag and shake until well coated.
  • Arrange chicken on baking sheet. Sprinkle with any remaining crumbs and spray lightly with Pam.
  • Bake chicken 25-40 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
