Mississippi Mud Pie

Ingredients

cups
chocolate wafer cookie crumbs
4
tablespoons
butter
1
quart
ice cream
coffee
1
cup
pecans
chopped
16
ounces
Hershey's syrup
Cool Whip
Instructions
Mix melted butter with cookie crumbs (you may need more crumbs or
butter). Pack into 13x9 pan sprayed with Pam.
Spread softened coffee ice cream over crust. Sprinkle chopped pecans over ice cream. Pour
Hershey's chocolate syrup over nuts and freeze for 2 hours.
Spread Cool Whip over top; cut and serve.
