Marinated Pork Tenderloins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup sherry
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons dry mustard
  • 2 teaspoons fresh ginger grated
  • 6 large garlic cloves minced
  • 4 pork tenderloins

Instructions

  • Combine ingredients and place in a gallon ziplock bag with pork
  • tenderloins. Depending on the size of the tenderloins, you may have to
  • make more marinade. I like them to be covered. Marinate in refrigerator
  • for about 24 hours. Grill 10 minutes on each side or longer for desired
  • doneness. Discard marinade. Cover and let rest 10 minutes. Slice and
  • serve.

Notes

NOTES : I use Taylor's Golden Sherry. Do not use cooking sherry.
