Instructions
Mix first ten ingredients together in a jar and shake to mix.
Slice blocks of chilled cheese in half lengthwise and then slice each half
lengthwise again. Cut into small squares and alternate cheeses in four
rows in a dish. Pour marinade over all; cover and refrigerate 8 hours.
Transfer cheese to serving dish and pour marinade over the top. Maybe
garnished with fresh herbs. Serve with baguette slices.
Leftover marinade is a great condiment for french bread slices to be
toasted.
