Macaroni & Cheese (Dot Thrasher)

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. large elbow macroni cooked & drained
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 3/4 cups milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees. To hot macaroni add remaining ingredients except 1/2 cup cheese; mix well over medium heat until cheese melts. Pour into greased 8 inch square baking dish. Top with remaining cheese. Bake 20-25 minutes until bubbly. Let stand a few minutes before serving.
