Macaroni & Cheese

Ingredients

ounces
penne pasta
cooked & drained
1/2
stick butter
melted
8
ounces
sour cream
10
ounces
cottage cheese
1/4
cup
half and half
1
cup
sharp cheddar cheese
grated
1
cup
sharp white cheddar cheese
grated
1/2
teaspoon
garlic powder
salt and pepper
to taste
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together and put in a buttered casserole dish. Save
some grated cheese for top. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
