Lemonade Pie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream softened
  • 12 ounces lemonade frozen concentrate, thawed
  • 2 graham cracker pie crust 9 inch

Instructions

  • Soften vanilla ice cream in large bowl. Stir in thawed lemonade
  • concentrate. Pour into pie crusts and freeze. Cut and serve while
  • frozen.

Notes

NOTES : For a lighter version, substitute low fat vanilla ice cream and reduced-fat graham cracker crusts. It is just as delicious! This is truly a refreshing and light hot weather dessert.
