Kale Salad

Ingredients
1
lb.
kale
washed, stalks removed & discarded & thinly sliced
olive oil
1
lemon
juiced
sea salt
to taste
pine nuts
toasted
parmesan cheese
grated
Instructions
Tear kale away from the stems. Wash and dry.
Put all ingredients in a bowl and toss well.
You may grate additional parmesan cheese on individual servings. Delicious!
