Kale Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. kale washed, stalks removed & discarded & thinly sliced
  • olive oil
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • sea salt to taste
  • pine nuts toasted
  • parmesan cheese grated

Instructions

  • Tear kale away from the stems. Wash and dry.
  • Put all ingredients in a bowl and toss well.
  • You may grate additional parmesan cheese on individual servings. Delicious!
