Irish Creme Liquour

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups whiskey
  • 1 pint light cream
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  • Put all ingredients in a blender and blend for 3-5 minutes. Refrigerate.

Notes

I like George Dickel Whiskey best. Using half & half instead of light cream and low fat sweetened condensed milk does not change the taste at all.
