Ingredients

ounces
chick peas
drain and save juice

clove
garlic
1/4
cup
lemon juice
1/4
cup
tahini
1/4
teaspoon
salt
Olive Oil to taste
Instructions
Put everything in food processor and mix for a few minutes, add chick pea juice as you mix for desired consistency. Add more salt & lemon juice if desired.
When you eat it pour a little olive oil over top and garnish with black
olives. We eat with pita bread.
