Hummus

Ingredients

  • 19 ounces chick peas drain and save juice
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Olive Oil to taste

Instructions

  • Put everything in food processor and mix for a few minutes, add chick pea juice as you mix for desired consistency. Add more salt & lemon juice if desired.
  • When you eat it pour a little olive oil over top and garnish with black
  • olives. We eat with pita bread.
