Ho Ho Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 box Pillsbury Devils Food cake mix
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • Filling
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup vegetable shortening
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup evaporated milk
  • Icing
  • 1 can Pillsbury Chocolate Fudge frosting

Instructions

  • Mix together cake mix, eggs, evaporated milk and oil. Grease 4(9 inch)
  • cake pans and divide batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Cool
  • on rack.
  • Filling: Beat vanilla, butter, shortening and sugar for 10 minutes; add
  • milk gradually. Continue beating until sugar is dissolved and it is light
  • and fluffy about 20 more minutes.
  • Ice between layers with filling and frost top and sides with chocolate
  • fudge frosting.
