Hash Brown Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. Orieda frozen Southern Style cubed hash browns thawed
  • 1/4 cup margarine melted
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 16 ounces sour cream
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese grated

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Pour into 13x9 dish sprayed
  • with Pam.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Notes

NOTES : I use Orieda Southern Style hash browns that are cubed.
