Hash Brown Casserole

Ingredients

lbs.
Orieda frozen Southern Style cubed hash browns
thawed
1/4
cup
margarine
melted
1
teaspoon
salt
1/4
teaspoon
pepper
1
onion
chopped
1
can cream of chicken soup
16
ounces
sour cream
2
cups
sharp cheddar cheese
grated
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Pour into 13x9 dish sprayed
with Pam.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Notes
NOTES : I use Orieda Southern Style hash browns that are cubed.
