Dredge pork in flour. Heat oil and brown pork. Add onion and garlic and cook 5 minutes. Add chicken broth, chopped chilies, tomatoes, carrots, potatoes, salt, pepper, & oregano. Cook until veggies are tender. Adjust seasoning. Serve with flour tortillas, cornbread, cheese, avocados, sour cream, cilantro or whatever you want. This dish cooks well on low in a crock pot.
