Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
Brown meat on all sides in a greased skillet. Add onions and cook for 5 minutes. Place the pork and onions in a baking dish. Add chopped green chilies, tomatoes and chicken broth. Season with salt and pepper and cumin or chili powder to taste.
Cover with foil tightly and bake in oven for 6-7 hours. Or cook in crock pot on low for 8 hours.
Shred the pork with two forks and mix with the sauce.
Serve with flour tortillas and condiments: avocados, salsa, cilantro, cheese, sour cream, etc.
