Green Chile Strata

Ingredients

  • 6 corn tortillas
  • 2 cans green chiles
  • 4 cups Monterey Jack cheese grated
  • 5 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9x13 pan.
  • Cover bottom with tortillas, not overlapping. Sprinkle with half of the chilies and cheese. Repeat ending with cheese.
  • Mix eggs, milk & salt. Pour over tortillas and cheese. Bake for 40-45 minutes.
