Granola

Ingredients

  • 6 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup powdered milk
  • 1 cup walnuts chopped
  • 1 cup cashew nuts
  • 1 cup almonds chopped
  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1 cup sunflower kernels
  • 2 cups sesame seeds
  • 2 cups bran
  • cinnamon to taste
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup molasses
  • 1 cup vegetable oil

Instructions

  • Mix together first 10 ingredients. Set aside.
  • Mix last 3 ingredients. Pour over dry mixture and mix thoroughly.
  • Spread evenly in 2 roasting pans. Bake at 300 degrees for about l hour, stirring each 15 minutes. Watch carefully so as not to over bake.
  • Leave in pan, unstirred, until completely cool. Break up as desired and place in airtight container.
