Ingredients
24pickled sweet red cherry pepperssuch as peppadews
6ouncesgoat cheese
1/4cupfresh flat-leaf parsleychopped
Freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
Slice a thin piece off the bottom of each pepper to help them stand upright.
In a medium bowl, mash the goat cheese with a fork to soften it. Stir in the parsley and 1⁄8 tsp pepper. Stuff each pepper with about 1 tsp of the cheese mixture.
