Frogmore Stew

Additional Old Bay
Cocktail sauce
Melted butter
Instructions
Bring water, Old Bay and enough salt to season well to a boil in a large
stockpot. You may need to add more Old Bay to taste. Add potatoes and
return to a boil and cook 10 minutes. Add sausage and corn; return to a
boil and cook 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Remove potatoes,
corn and sausage with slotted spoon and place on a large platter or tray.
Add shrimp, stirring, and as soon as they turn pink, they are done.
Remove shrimp immediately with a slotted spoon and place on top of platter
and serve with additional Old Bay, cocktail sauce, horseradish and melted
butter.
