Fresh Pasta

Ingredients

  • 14 ounces all-purpose flour
  • 6 large egg yolks
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions

  • Mix ingredients and knead for 20 minutes. Roll out and cut to desired
  • shape and sprinkle with flour. Let dry 1 or 2 hours. Slightly cook in
  • salted, boiling water.
